Very happy with the service we received from Thomas and May when we bought our house through them. It was a long transaction for various reasons, but it was all held together through some tricky patches. Good communication, no nonsense or sales tactics. Nick was straightforward to deal with, and I would happily deal with them again.

Thomas & May have been managing my BTL props for years. I receive rent promptly and any issues on maintenance are dealt with swiftly. I can honestly say my tenants consistently report that a friendly and professional service is given to them. Excellent agency!

Dishonest, Rude and DeceptiveRefused to pass an offer on to a Landlord of a property I was extremely interested in and only passed my offer on after 2 failed phone calls and one stern email informing them of their Malpractise. The gentleman over the phone was extremely rude, sounded extremely miserable and didn't even have the courtesy to return my 'Have a nice day' instead choosing to just hang up.They also lie in their email footer, as you can see on google reviews they are NOT one of two perfect five star rated Estate Agency's in Epsom.I had brought all of my upsets and frustrations up in a large email to them, addressing where I was unhappy and dissatisfied with my experience and I have been simply ignored!I would advise anyone looking to deal with an estate agent to go to Dexters or The Personal Agent Epsom.

I first dealt with Thomas & May a few years ago when buying a property in Ewell, then more recently approached them to sell my house in Stoneleigh which they did within a day! I've since recommended them to family & friends and I'm pleased to say they've always been great and very professional. These guys are well established and honest - definitely worth trying first.
