Honestly cannot recommend this garage highly enough. It’s nice to find car salesman who do actually care about you and not just cause they want you to sign on the dotted line. Really friendly staff and well worth the 6 hour round trip for me to get a car from them. I will absolutely be back when the time comes for something new!

Bought a Volvo V40 from Glenfield 3 weeks ago. Had a battery/breakdown hiccup yesterday. Very pleasant mechanic turned up and started me.Took car back to Glenfield. Sorted next morning before 11 am. Don’t usually post anything, but first class excellent service, car running beautifully.

Bought a car back in March 2023, come May 2023 car required a full steering pump witch priced at £1700 as warranty provided with vehicle refused to cover the cost of repairs as error not demeaned as consistent! However was dangerous to be driven as steering would be come so tight it would need forced to turn. Issues was there prior to sale as when arrived home on collection day issue was already occurring when parking the vehicle, however no proof as inconsistent error so MOT would have not picked up on it!The list continues… :(

Bought a Peugeot 3008 from them a few weeks ago - excellent service from start to finish, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The car had a small wiper scratch on the windshield which I requested to be fixed before buying, and they went above and beyond and actually replaced the full windshield instead of polishing it out. Their office was mobbed with customers coming in and out when I was in, which is always a good sign. Highly recommend.

Got a ford focus from here a few months ago (may) everything seemed good till the last couple of days steering wheel shudders at speed and there is a rattle coming from somewhere. Messaged them about the car and still waiting for a reply trying my best to get out of finance deal as fancy a Audi a3 but been told I'd have too much negative equity if I went with another car as the focus is worth nowhere near what I paid for it.

Bought a car a month ago. Had an issue with battery and to be fair I never had a smoother fix. Staff super friendly and helpful, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Bought car from glenfeild in July communication afore sale was good but after that it all changed. Car needed top strut mount and new headlight fitted as it was damaged eventually got booked in to get car fixed then after having car nearly 2 days phoned me to say car was ready and that a would need to come bk in for headlight there was problem with part. After no communication on John the salesmans part for over 5weeks apart from when i phoned them told me they had been delay from arnold clark so a called there bluff and phoned anorld clark and was told a could.have headlight in 2 days Total was £750 then all along they weren't willing to pay that amount but strung me along still says on 2 occasions they had part even booked me in when i phoned to say i was going to head threw gave excuse that he says part was due in. naw i dont think so when I told them I wasn't gettin messed about anymore john sent me order confirmation from ebay headlight they just ordered that day it was 2nd hand but they says it was new more lies so told them to forget it and I only ended up with him sending me £280 witch is only enough for a 2nd hand headlight but if there were honest with me from start then we could have came to an agreement 5weeks ago. It just seems when it comes to it they will tell u what u want to hear absolute joke definitely wont be back!

Caveat Emptor. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself at this dealership turn around and go somewhere else. I purchased a Skoda Octavia, which on the face of it was great value, only for it to have had a previous life as a taxi. The sales staff denied this but tripped themselves upon in later conversations. Having had the car checked out by my usual mechanic several issues were pointed out that Glenfield had supposedly rectified by their trained" technicians. The work they carried out

Over the years myself and husband have bought and sold numerous vehicles from glenfield motors. The guys have always been accommodating and done their best. Recently we purchased a car from them that after having a few days broke down. Stuart sent recovery for it straight away and sorted the issues. It later had a minor fault again after the warranty ran out but Stuart took it back again and sorted the issues. We later decided that we wernt comfortable with the car anymore as the issues had unsettled us. Stuart then gave us a full refund and the choice of any car we wanted with £500 knocked off the price and a full tank of fuel for the few inconvenience we had along the way. All in all the guys at the garage are a great bunch and will help you where they can. Kerry & Gordon.

Bought a Mini Cooper from these guys. Took it home and was over the moon with the car but discovered a water leak in the boot, got on the phone to them and they couldn’t have been any better with the service and help. Gave me a curtsy car while the replaced the damaged parts and were absolutely top class in both dealing with me and sorting the problems. I would highly recommend the garage and I will 100 percent use them again. Thanks very much very impressed 10/10.
