The Value Car Centre

I bought a Ford Focus from the Value Car Centre 3 years ago. They took my old focus in part exchange and the whole transaction was smooth. Three years later I am happy to report that the focus is still going well with no problems. Good service thank you.

Brought a car last year from here, car had couple little bits that needed sorting and they went above and beyond to sort it for me. Had to take the car back to them last week due to an issue with it that was wrong when they was selling it, again they went above and beyond to sort this issue with no problem at all. Brillent service, 5* all day

Bought a BMW 220d from here in July. Notified within weeks of purchasing that the reverse sensors were broken. Garage asked us to take the car to a local garage as they are 4 hours away from us. We were told the central locking was broken, shock absorbers were leaking, issues with the wiring loom, and there was a bulge in the tyre alongside this. They refused to pay the £2500 we’d been quoted and told us they would bring us a courtesy car and fix our car at their site. They said this would take around a week. 3 days into this time, my partner was pulled over by the police in the courtesy car and we were told it had no MOT. My partner arranged for the car to have an MOT and the garage confirmed they would fix a tyre they previously declined liability for as an apology. The car was with them for 2 and a half weeks in total. They advised my partner they would fuel up the car due to the delays and trouble we have had. The car has arrived today with 33 miles left. It is filthy, stinks like feet, and they left tools and food wrappers inside for us to clean. Awful - wish I’d never even bought the car.

I cannot fault the service with these guys. I had to look for a new car having had to scrap both mine and my wife’s cars within the space of 6 weeks. We went to the value car centre and found a car for each of us. There were no pressure sales and we found the guys at the dealership very accommodating and helpful.Unfortunately, like any car, things can go wrong and when my one did still within the warranty period, I contacted them & they bent over backwards to resolve and repair the issues. I had regular updates and got my car back today. I dare say that my car is now running even better than when I first got it.Thanks to everyone at the car centre. First class and professional

I bought a Toyota Auris from The Value Car Centre 2 months ago. They did MOT and Service then they delivered it to my door from Norwich to London. Car same as advert as I seen there is no any issue with it thats why I wait to add comment 2 months. They arranged car finance very easily. They are also friendly and communication is so smooth. Im very pleased to work with them. I could suggest them and give them 5 star. Thanks for the everything. :)

So I can highly recommend the guys and owner of this garage!Very friendly and helpful!I bought a car with 3months warranty and after 9months a small diesel leak had caused a belt to Frey and got caught in my crank shaft and smashed my engine to pieces.Value car Center were happy to fix the car at trade price as it was out of warranty, after paying the bill and getting my car back I continued to have issue after issue after issue but each time they took it in and paid the bill, cut a long story short I ended up having to have an engine replacement which they took care of as well as lending me a courtesy car!Car back and running the way it should!This place never gave me any attitude towards it all and just wanted to see me rite!!Couldn’t have asked for more from them tbh considering the total cost to themselves for making this situation rite for me and my purchase.Obviously not an ideal situation to have in the first place but it’s not like they would have known about the issue in the first place!Highly recommend Jason and his team

I bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance from the guys at TVCC, really nice, friendly and not pushy.Unaccompanied test drive, as much time as I wanted to look at the car. Allow you to secure a car with a small deposit taking the potential stress of missing out of the car.I highlighted some issue with the car all of which they sorted (or made provision to sort) before I collected the car.Owning the car for 2 months now, I've had one or two issues which they have resolved without push back.Overall I would buy from them again, and have recommended them to friends and family.Greta work Jay and Jason.

Brought a 2014 Gold gti and it was in immaculate condition. They go above and beyond to solve any issues, very friendly and would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys
