Model Walk, Creswell - Gleeson Homes

Booked an appointment today with money ready to secure a plot. After looking round the show homes they showed no interest in talking to us bout plots next steps or anything , couldn't get us out the door fast enough.

Myself and Wife viewed the show homes in Worksop today. We spent time with Ricki who was very helpful, pleasant and informative. We look forward to progressing with Gleason.

Me and my partner went to look at a couple of show homes this morning on the 02/08/2020. The houses were lovely and really well presented. The member of staff on the other hand from the first second we spoke to her was rude and abrupt. She spent the majority of her time complaining about her job with no attempt to give us any information on the houses. When we had looked around we went back to the office to which we were asked is that it then all done? We asked if there was any brochures we could look at or take with us. Again we were met with an abrupt no got nothing. We asked if there was any idea of value when the houses were released. Again.... No idea from our helpful companion. All in all houses lovely, staff rude. At Creswell that is. Staff at Ollerton couldn't be more helpful. So thankyou Ollerton.

Not happy wil the build quality, drainage poor (leaking soil pipe) and customer service bad. Its one problem after another.

Very poor customer service, my daughter signed up for a plot at Creswell and Gleeson pulled out, after agreeing interior fittings.Deposit paid, No explanation. No staff would expain what the reason was. My opinion Do not buy from this company. No communication, they also attended the head office where they declined to comment and were asked to leave.No first time buyer should go through this !!!

Called up to ask about new releases of 4 bedroom homes. Rude and abrupt. Didn't seem interested. Also doesn't even know the knew help to buy changes I told her. Wouldn't bother!

Nice estate, the houses are a bit small but a quiet place to live.
