I have used Document Data Group for my printing / toner needs for the last 6 months. The set up service was excellent, they arrived and had everything up and working in minutes. The kit is very good and works perfectly for my business. On a couple of occasions I have needed to call their helpdesk and they have resolved the issue very quickly. Not only is the product and the service excellent it removes the stress and worry of what happens if or when something goes wrong. I know that a quick phonecall will have everything resolved and I don’t even think about any of this anymore. We've been dealing with Document Data for the past 10 years and in that time have had 3 printers for our business in East Kilbride, we've been continually approached by competitors who initially make offers to save us money on our printer usage but when you go through the costs they can't get near what's offered by Document Data, they are local to our business and when there are any issues with our printer they send an engineer to our premises normally within the hour, when our current lease expires we'll have no hesitation to renew with Document Data and would highly recommend them to others.
