Bongo Holidays

We had an excellent holiday in Devon & Dorset in one of Bongo holidays 4 berth Motorhomes. The information prior to leaving was superb & the home was clean & in excellent condition. We felt fully informed about how to use the electric hook up, water etc prior to departing. Liam was very concise & explained everything thoroughly.We would definitely recommend & Will use again

Liam and Emma were great. Following last minute changes to quarantine rules on returning from France we had to cancel our trip abroad. We contacted Bongo holidays less than a week before we wanted to go away. They found us a motorhome that we could take our dogs in and we had a great week travelling around England.The van was nearly new (had only done 9500 miles) and in brilliant condition, certainly in a lot better condition than many other hired homes we saw on our travels.It wasn’t the cheapest hire that we found but the service and information provided was faultless. I would definitely go back to Bongo holidays.

We used a Bong Holidays caravan for a festival. It was great! The best camper van we have stayed in. Spacious and comfortable. Liam and Emma were also great! Super helpful and on hand to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Liam and Emma were excellent - communication was really good and the mobile home we hired was top drawer. We messed Liam around with our timings - both pick up and drop off and Liam had a great attitude about it. My experience of Bongo Holidays was great and I would highly recommend them.

My husband hired a campervan Ford. Not as comfortable as it should have been but thats a personal preference. I would never hire another campervan from this person. A rip off. After paying £850 for a week. We had no propper information on how to use the control panel, just YouTube videos which are pointless. It should hsve manual instructions on the vehicle and the commodities. The fuel was half empty,the water tank was half empty with old water left inside. Didn't mention about the charge of the gas which we hardly used. You pay a thousand pounds of insurance bare in mind that this person has no breakdown recovery insurance. The van's battery went flat dead after 4 days and we had to pay for it even when we explained that the van lights came on without us doing anything or learning the lights on. This person found many excuses not to pay back. The shower was leaking so we didn't use it. A complete waste of time. DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS PERSON , he will find a reason to keep the money.

Hired a Motorhome at short notice from Bongo Holidays. Liam was helpful for finding the right MH for my needs. The handover was easy and the location was handy for the A1. I paid exactly what was expected (no surprise costs) and the MH was in great condition - like new. I made sure I returned it in the same way which meant I got my deposit back quickly.I will use Bongo Holidays next time I need a MH.

We’ve used Bongo for motorhome hire at an event near their base every year since 2015. Liam and Emma are wonderful to deal with and I have never been able to fault a van. They have never let us down, and there aren’t many companies you can say that about.You can book Bongo with confidence, knowing you will have a brilliant holiday!

A family run company offering a great selection of well equipped motorhomes with different layouts. Really friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable staff...nothing too much bother. We hired the Seal 12P & as this was our first time away in a motorhome, it was so nice not to be patronised when we asked lots of questions. Thank you Emma & Liam

We had a great time driving around the lakes. Easy to drive with lots of storage and everything we needed. The support and instruction from the staff was really helpful. Highly recommended.
