Wow, two disinterested staff having a chat. Approached after quite a few minutes, all prices same as high st. Asked what the rationale for purchasing there would be, a Gallic shrug seemed the best answer!

Very not sympathetic staff at Gatwick Airport North Terminal . Despite being a costumer they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for a link removal.. they didn’t even want to check on the system. Thousand pounds spent to receive such a service? No more watches from you thanks

A wonderful experience with Sian at WoS Gatwick who helped us get a very special item for a very special occasion. Kind, thoughtful, generous with her time, and went the extra mile to secure the item. Whole experience was lovely, will be seeing her again very soon!!!
