Called in on lunch break, food absolutely fine standard quality for greggs , I visit many stores but woman serving was miserable and quite rude, stark contrast from the customer she served while I patiently waited. Won't use this greggs again! Will drive elsewhere where my custom is wanted. Awful service !

Good pricing for a quick and tasty bite. Also they have quite bit of range of items in a rather small shop. First impression was not great because of customer service but i did go again solely for chicken baguette !

I've been visiting Greggs in Upton Chester for many months now, Lisa is a breath of fresh air. Always happy and smiling no matter what. She's an absolute asset to the company. Incredibly helpful, always puts a smile on your face and an all round good soul. The food is always tasty and your vegetable bakes are to die for ! Thanks Greggs and Lisa.. you make the world a better place

Normally better than today. Slow queue and no bacon left when I got to the front. Oh and they put tomato sauce on instead of brown. In all fairness tho they offer to do me another one

Two pasties... Both cold.. Told the lady working there and she replied.. We are not a hot counter! Pretty poor, bottled water was warm as fridge wasn't working.... There must be a war on.
