Royal Mail Delivery & Sorting Office

Unfortunately really poor experience at Stoke Delivery Office:Dirty reception area and unhelpful guy serving (thought I was in a Victoria Wood sketch):1st visit to deliver a parcel and the guy who served me was far from pleasant, he couldn't be arsed and made a simple 'drop off' as difficult as possible asking what weight the parcel was and disagreeing with me, I advised him to put it on the scales but he refused?!2nd visit was to collect a parcel that they couldn't deliver (completely ignored the special instrcuctions from Pharmacist). Same guy again (lucky me) who said it wasn't possible to search for the parcel without the 'undeliverable' card. He said it always has a tracking number on (which is totally untrue) and cannot search for parcel only from my address and proof of id!So now I've got no medication and have to go back wth the cardTerrible serviceParking is good there though which is pretty helpful seeing how many times you have to go :D

Total chaos. At one point I had 6 different people telling me what to do mainly to their work for them.

Royal Mail Delivery just opposite Staffordshire University incase you missed your item and it takes long for one to take your call, in situation you want it urgently, you can grace their office for claim or enquiry. Their reception is warm and precise.

The worst service ever. Have no control on the delivery partners and will just have one answer to every problem 'cannot help with that'. Won't mention anything in advance and will just charge you extra blackmailing with if you want to send it or not. There is no way to describe the disappointment in words.

Absolutely terrible experience! Attended today to collect my parcel. Only I didn't have a failed delivery card pushed through my door. Due to this, I took my ID with me as proof of address and name.I explained this to the lady on reception and showed her my ID and she brought the parcel to the desk and then refused to hand it to me! She said that without the red calling card, they would not hand me my parcel even though they have all the proof they need. She said they would accept even a small section" of a calling card as "their receipt" and with this they would give me my parcel. For example

The staff are great and it isn't their fault that the privatised management have cut opening hours to the bone. Only open for 2 hours on Mondays and try finding where the office is located on their website. It's impossible. A terrible company, in it for profit, but run by people who actually care about the service.

Just when you thought collecting a parcel couldn’t get any harder they close the sorting office in the day. Just achieved another level of useless

Dilapidated building, no obvious parking and ridiculously reduced opening hours. Visiting this place is like going back in time.
