disgusting service phoned just a few mins ago, to ask a question, guy who answered put the phone down, thought we got cut off so phoned again and he put the phone down again. that is customer service i can well do with out...angry not the word

I was dreading going into town to get more Euro's then I thought what about the local post office. ..drove up parked..was greeted by the guy behind the counter , I said I was going to ask a stupid question. ..he assured me it wasn't ...5 minutes later back in the car ready for the airport. ..Result
