Absolutely useless. Don’t even bother making an appointment pension wise are no more helpful than my 5 year old grandson on pensions. This whole situation regarding pensions needs looking into. As a normal person who has paid all their live into a private pension we are all your faced with is a barrage of questions and decisions that a normal individual cannot make. This whole situation needs urgent attention and made more simple for the normal person.

This is a shame waste of time service. you waste hrs of your life on the phone, listening to music! No immediate or short wait time available. For someone who cannot afford expensive paid for advice, there is no choice though. Shame on A government that helps no one in need. Pension wise, you guys are a waste.

Made an appointment months in advance. Nobody called, waited 20 minutes and received an sms stating that I had missed my slot and would need to to arrange a new time. Will not be doing this.

I had a really positive experience. My call was answered immediately even though I called at 5.30. The advisor was very helpful and explained lots of options to me. Even a good sprinkling of humour to lighten the conversation. Excellent!!! I will certainly use the service again.

Booked a call, they then send daily reminders when the appointment is close then they cancel it. Useless. Someone is getting funding for doing nothing.

Wasted 40 minutes on the phone in a queue. Finally get through to someone that hadn’t a clue what they were talking about. Apparently pension wise are not in my area. That’s funny my partner had a meeting locally with one a few months ago.

I had a face to face appointment with pension wise Reading Berkshire. The adviser Mark was very helpful with my questions, also very patient as I have hearing problems. Couldn't ask for a pleasant man. Thank you. Anthony mckay.

Awful experience, phoned to make a face to face appointment to discuss my personal pensions and AVC, Peter who answered the phone was very intolerant, I would even say aggressive by the end of the call because I didn't understand what he was telling me about defined benefits, hence why I wanted a face to face appointment. I ended the call as he was too obnoxious
