I moved my existing pensions to a Pensionlite several years ago. The initial transfer service was easy, with no pushy sales pressure involved. Pensionlite provided all the information I needed to make my own, informed, decision. They regularly review my plans, which I can also access online, to recommend any changes. At other times they never pester me or try to sell me anything, but I know that if i require further advice, they are only a phone call away. As I approach retirement this is very comforting.

Being a sceptic i was obviously doubtful that Pensionlite could/would provide all the things they promised when i initially contacted them. Their initial process was easy to understand which was a great help to me as dealing with my pension pot was in my opinion a bit of a mine field. Up to now, and i am approx 18 months in, they have not only delivered on their promises but in some cases have exceeded them, particularly in terms of communication.Alex, my planner and advisor, is professional and friendly but above all fills me with confidence with his wealth of knowledge, which is passed on to me in a way which i can fully understand. The plan i have put in place based on Alex's advice and guidance is doing well, which is always a good thing, but at every turn the Pensionlite staff contact me with reviews and updates to ensure i constantly know how my plan is performing and looking at the longer term prospects. All of this support and guidance is willingly and professionally given and i cannot fault Pensionlite in any way.I consider my pension pot to be in safe hands with Pensionlite due to their constant attention and review of my account and this is despite the fact that i do not have the largest pot around.

The service has always been very, good with easy to reach reports and information on your pension fund.A pension fund manager is available for more information & advice should this be required, before making any changes to the pension funds.The review periods are well placed, with the reminder making sure that you make the time to check things over on what is a very important investment pension fund.

I have been with Pensionlite for a good few years and have found them very efficient and informative.. They helped in amalgamating several of my personal pensions into one investment fund. They regularly monitor my fund and make sure that I am happy with it's performance. There is always someone at the end of the phone should you need advice or help. I transferred a pension which had been stagnating for a considerable time to Pensionlite in 2012 and with their help and guidance have achieved a 40% growth on same, quite a remarkable achievement as I have not contributed any further payments myself to the fund.
