Outstanding quality ewe cheese. Aged to perfection and is bursting with flavours. Can be eaten on its own or served with walnuts and grapes or eaten with Apricot jam. The shredded version of it elevate any omelettes to higher levels. It can be added to bread and have it toasted in the oven. Perfect anytime and at all times.

Berkswell is great cheese, it really is one of the best in the UK! The problem I had was they over charged me for a subscription for a regular delivery, then failed to respond or rectify it. 6x emails later and no response so I gave up. I know these small busineses are normally very busy and the amount of money I was overcharged is small, but ignoring a customer is not good practice.
