I am so impressed with the customer service received from Emily at K9 Trail Time. I was unsure which size harness to buy my golden retriever and she was very helpful in making a recommendation. I ordered on a Thursday evening and it arrived on Saturday morning. I tried the harness on my dog and set numerous pictures to Emily who was able to confirm that the harness was a good fit. Emily responded to emails really quickly and has been so helpful, I’d highly recommend using K9 Trail Time and it will be my go to place should I need to purchase any other equipment for canicross. Thank you Emily for allowing me to pick up some Non-Stop Dogwear Protector Booties on a day you had got back from weekend racing. You're the only place anywhere nearby Gloucester that had these so that I could take Hugo and be fitted. I needed them quickly as he had split both back feet pads, which I mentioned I does a lot.
