Asked for PLP to visit us and help us try and fix an issue with our Forklift Truck, 3 visits later and months passing still no report from them. Even after several request for one.Each time they visited they said it was a slightly different problem and when i asked for them to quote on the repair i got nothing, even after chasing. I honestly think they had no idea what the problem was and didn't want to admit it.
