Colin did not charge a call out fee. I told him what was wrong with my oven over the phone and he brought the right replacement part two days later and repaired the fault. He charged only for the part and his time. Brilliant. Very trustworthy.

Colin was unavailable for a call out but advised me of some possible fixes over the phone. Lo and behold, one of thesuggestions worked and we were delighted to get our washing machine up and running again. Colin is a very knowledgeable and honest person. Highly recommend.

Our dishwasher was tripping out the fuse board - I left a message with Colin to explain what was happening he called me back next day and went through the problem with me and due to the likely problem and age of the dishwasher he advised me to get a new one when he could of fixed that problem and got himself a sale - Really honest bloke who is now saved in my phone for when a newer appliance breaks as from that call I gleaned he knows what he is talking about and will look after us -
