Complete Clean Management

I work for Dom as a cleaning supervisor at a bank near Birmingham city centre.When I went for my interview with Dom I found him very friendly and he made me relax, instead of having the quiet moment on a interview when you don't quite know what to say, I found myself chatting drinking coffee as if I new him for years (like a old friend)Now I have been working for Dom for nearly a year, he is always at the end of the phone if I have any staffing problems, but mainly lets me have the final say who to hire as it is me who has to work alongside of them. We have a great team there who have been carefully picked by both of us.If ever you get a job working for him grab it, not only is he a good manager but he is a genuine person.

I have been working for the company for a while now and can safely say I am very pleased with the management, Claudia (area contract manager) provided me with all the training, PPE and uniform in the utmost professional manner. She is not only a manager but a leader. The company is professional, transparent and understanding, I would definitely recommend working for.

Complete Clean Management is a company that I would definitely recommend. We have been using CCM for just over two years at our offices for CRS Professionals, in Central Birmingham and have always found them to be professional, courteous and reliable. From my first meeting with the owner Dom Bacciocchi, they have delivered on their promises. (Something which is difficult to find these days!). Dom understood our requirements straight away and has provided us with a great service ever since. The cleaners that CCM have provided us with have always done an excellent job and in addition to that, what really impresses me is their level of customer service. To date I have found them to be highly professional, efficient and responsive, which now means that we get the required service.The staff, are reliable, always on time and work to a very high standard.
