Your pharmacy department needs a complete overhaul. The service is as slow as a snail. It’s ridiculous every time I visit. There is always a queue and fine if it moves promptly but you need more staff! Beyond frustrating - even when your prescription is ready you have to queue to collect it. There needs to be a collection only point. They often forget to text me also when my prescription is ready which causes great delays.

I'm not sure what the issue is but when a prescription is sent to this pharmacy they either don't have the prescription or the medicine when you go to collect it. It's inventory is not reflected to the NHS properly. It's also really slow and they mix things up. Do yourself a favour, use another pharmacy.

Only 2 tills open with lot's of people waiting. Then when my turn the lady had to ask me to wait to go over to over till to change the till receipt for the other lady! This is management fault

If there was an option to put a zero on stars this would be it. Staff waay way too slow every single time went in today and after queuing for nearly 20 minutes, customer right in front of me needed a consultation and same person serving goes into private room and no one else comes to serve until she was done after a good 20 minutes and the queue growing. Issues with suppliers half the time you don’t get the medication. Was given prescription and took to Asda who dispensed the medication in less than 5 minutes.
