Victoria made me the headpiece of my dreams for my wedding as well as some personalised gifts for my bridal party! Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Purchased the aquila crown for my fiancee and our wedding. Unfortunately due to covid and many cancellations, the crown was carefully stored away in the original packaging until a few weeks ago when she wanted to try it alongside her dress. To her horror, upon removing it from the packaging, it broke in 2 pieces. Was unable to return due to time period and am uwilling to pay extra costs to try and fix, looking different to original piece. Would not recommend as poorly made and not fit for purpose for such an expensive item. Additionally, she was upset that it came across from VP that she had bent it or something happened in the box causing it to break.

Amazing customer service. I was after some hair jewels which were sold out, I emailed to ask if they would come back in stock. Thankfully they had one last set which they sent out to me and I received them in a matter of days! They are beautiful and can’t wait to wear them!

I bought a gift recently from Victoria Percival some earrings for my mum's birthday (she plans on wearing them to my wedding). There was a bit of an issue with delivery (through no fault of VP) and the way they dealt with me on the back of this was amazing. I often think you tell a brand who are customer service focused, based on how they handles issue, and these guys were amazing. They had been recommended to me, and I can totally see why.Thank you.
