Want to order a flooring material here. A staff not really want to help and seems know nothing. Not for normal customer. May be only serve for B to B.

Warm friendly staff,plenty to see in the showroom,nothing was too much trouble for Sam,who walked us through from survey,design,tweeks,finishing touches and payment.

Initially seemed very helpful but as soon as my kitchen had been delivered that was it. Wrong items were delivered including a microwave that was far too big, drawers instead of doors, fixings for cooker hood missing. My fitter had to make 3 visits to rectify the whole situation, including driving to another branch which is 25 miles away and the original branch worker didn’t want to know or admit it was his error.

Customer service was good initially and of course when they needed their money. Bought my kitchen but the measurements were short of true length of my kitchen ang l was told l need to join the worktop as they can't supply a longer length. I expected a call back with explanation but was told the staff involved rang in sick. I feel l was let down to an extent.Update: Over a year on now, they aren’t been consistently helpful to a degree. I must thank especially their receptionist in Nottingham She agreed to fix my draw that broke independently when the company could not but wanted me to buy a whole individual cupboard set for a replacement.

What a fabulous experience we shared today when we went to look at a potential kitchen re-design with our daughter. Mimi looked after us all so well and couldn't have been more helpful, she had great suggestions which our daughter hadn't thought of. An altogether very positive visit. Thank you.

Recently had my kitchen from here. Have to say they are fantastic people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in the end I decided to purchase all my own appliances, this wasn’t a problem. The time line was spot on, when they said they were delivering the kitchen, they did. A couple of the doors arrived with damaged corners, these were very quickly replaced, no issues at all. Rob and his team were brilliant, thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending Magnet. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to Magnet manufacturing plant and that would be, put protective corners on your cupboard doors, drawers etc you would save yourself a fortune.

Really helpful and efficient staff, great stock levels and selections. Big shout out to Alison who will always go the extra mile! The best trade counter by miles (if you’ve ever been to Selco then you’ll know what I mean!!!)
