Very, very slow service. We were told 5mins wait. Our food arrived 25mins later! Tables were also a mess!

Lovely coffee shop, we had a toasted sandwich & large lattes blooming lovely!!!Will most definitely call again when we visit Lancaster.Staff cleaning tables in between visits.Staff friendly & very helpful.All good!!!!

Lovely coffee shop, and their too good to go bags are amazing value. Their newly added milkshakes are a winner too. Lancaster has alot of great local independent coffee shops and this is one of them!

My family were on holiday in the area and spent an afternoon in Lancaster. We popped in for a snack and coffee while shopping and visiting the Castle.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The food was good with a decent coffee all at a fair cost in a pleasent atmosphere and surroundings.Worth a try.Ps. Not added photos of food, etc, because many good examples have already been posted.

Great place to get a coffee or tea. They serve some food here too which is quite tasty. Only downside is sometimes the tables can get left quite dirty so you have to move some dishes around, but only had to do that a few times. Overall a great place to pop into if you're in town and in the mood for a quick coffee.

Sadly, what used to be a lovely cafe has gone downhill. Vegan bap completely inedible as pre-cooked and then microwaved, ruining both sausage and making the crusty roll soggy, hot chocolate too sweet and had run out of salt and pepper. Roll for soup was microwaved and again, soggy. Decor in need of attention, paint chipped and peeling. Staff friendly and helpful but won't be returning.

They have got a tiny menu with mostly just ready made foods. The ingredients are the cheapest possible; the baked beans tasted about as good as the 25p Aldi ones. We did not get what we asked for. The ordered grilled ham and cheese *baguette* was served as a grilled ham and cheese *sandwich*. The ordered beans on toast with cheese on top arrived without cheese. When we pointed out the missing cheese, we were given two slices of cheese. By the time we got the plate back the beans were cold. The soup was only lukewarm rather than hot. Considering the quality of the food, the prices are expensive.

Lovely cafe with a broad selection of vegan and non-vegan options as well as a large array of coffees, tea and cold drinks. The atmosphere is a very relaxed one with ample seating both indoors and out. The staff are incredibly polite and are more than happy to cater to individual needs. Would highly recommend this place if you as needing a quiet place in the normally busy life of Lancaster City Centre.
