Hello Nisbets,Can you STOP sending your catalogues to my address, I still can't remember sharing my data with you or any one of your partners nor granting you the permission to contact me. It is now becoming a harassment for over four months. I have always sent these back to your return address but because you do not care about the environment nor the people in it, you keep sending these catalogues to my address over and over again.I have tried calling your help lines to no avail.Please, just stop send these catalogues.Thank you.

I have been visiting Nisbets Birmingham few times over the past few years. Equipment is good quality and readily available. It is also my take on promoting more local businesses rather than making internet retail giants even richer.I knew from my previous visits that the staff were NOT HELPFUL AT BEST / forthcoming on sharing knowledge about the various products / tools, helping me choose the most appropriate one for me. It always felt like they were trying to hide behind the till and interact as little as possible with Customers.The last visit (Wednesday 27th May 2021, pm) was just a disaster.Staff were just EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.It takes months to find a Customer, seconds to lose one.Sadly, this was my last time at Nisbets; now switching to ordering online, which will provide: cheaper product pricing (no overheads), cheaper delivery cost and better service.Nisbets online" are at the bottom of the score card when rating with these 3 criteria. So I am fully out ...Probably worth for the senior leadership team (of Nisbets) to check and address staff behaviours and values before further damage is inflicted to this business.Best regardsGabriel"

Great place to get all your comercial catering equipment. They always carry plenty of stock with regular deliveries of new stock ever so often. I would always by all my cleaning chemicals and tissue rolls from them as they have the best prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful great customer service.

Brilliant, prompt customer service from Nisbets: deliveries very quick, returns easy and always polite and helpful on the phone.

Ordered an ice machine at The Beginning of May which was in stock with a 5-7 day delivery; 5 days later , I called to enquire about ETA to be told the item was out of stock; so I requested a refund and ordered a new one.6 weeks later after 10 phone calls, 9 emails, I still have not had my refund of almost £1500 . Instead they have sent me an urgent reminder to make payment of £146.37 for an item that I ordered approximately a couple of weeks before I ordered the ice machine threating me with legal action if I do not pay by The 21st of June ( tomorrow) .I have even sent two emails to The MD chasing up my refund; he has not even had the courtesy to send me a response .all the customer service advisors , I have takes to ( and there has been several of them ) has apologised and have informed me they will make notes on file, what ever that means.No ownership, no care and empathy towards the customers; They still have my money sitting in their bank account rather than mine, I wonder how many other customers are in the same boat.Immoral practices by Nisbets; probably trying to earn interest on other peoples monies or improving cash flow, rather than showing empathy for a small business.absolutely shocking!!!

This is the worst branch and service ever .1- they buy the goods with your money from other suppliers .2- if you want to cancel the order they won’t give you the money back .I purchased an order on the 12th , the cashier said I will receive my order in 3/5 days .Now is the 24th and I still didn’t receive my order , I called the customer service support , btw they not supporting at all ,They said that the cashier didn’t confirm the order when he placed it . This is completely waste of time because of what happened .Now they cancelled my order and I have to wait until the end of the week to receive the money back as they said they not gonna give me the cash back they will give me check .Absolute joke .Order number 26390526

After passing this place for several years, I finally went there as I needed items for an event.I was hesitant as I feared I might need a customer membership to shop. No, I didn't!I shopped without being questioned but obviously watched. Who'd blame them in this day and age?A sale was in place, so I got a good price on some of my items.I purchased my items without fuss. I intend to return as more items are needed. The staff I came across were friendly, approachable, and helpful.They don't sell everything but they cover a good range. Also, since discovered, they have an online site. Nisbets.co.uk
