Great service, good price and just what I wanted.

I ordered (4weeks ago) what the website posted but received incorrect items. I have called 4times regarding refund yet not received. If i am allowed no star for them.

Even not give a help to call fedex !wait until six o’clock …another day!!!As I know we always have next day delivery!! Now you said three -5 working day!!You guy supply food containers!! You expect everyone wait 3-5 working day!!If we can wait and have storage everyone order from china why you!!!England not only one supplierRidiculous

I will never use this company again!!!!!I was sold a box of Kraft Sandwich bags that was faulty. I informed them of the problems and someone called Terry asked me to send them a few samples back,So I did. A fortnight passed and I didn't hear anything so I emailed them to see if they had received the samples. They didn't get back to me. I emailed them again, nothing. Very bad customer service. I know I'm a new small businesses but my business is growing and that will be without GM Packaging. There's plenty of companies out there that will be happy to take my business. I wouldn't have gave them one star but you have to.

I am not sure if the 5 star reviews are genuine because the service in this company is poor.On a few occasion they have have sent me the wrong items, then expect me to send the goods back to them at my own cost and then takes months to get my refund.I have given them lots of business and it's a shame that I have been mistreated on many occasions now.I have found this company to be racist'sI will not be using this company again..........Cater For You Ltd is a very good company and there service is excellent
