Where do I start. We booked a month ago for 7 people to Stansted. Very prompt and efficient service. From the beginning they correspond via emails so no stress. The day before they send you all the driver details, luggage etc. You can choose to pay cash on the day or bank transfer. Steve the driver picked us up promptly and was very friendly and helpful packing all the luggage. He drove very safely as well. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you

Claydon Executive Travel
A reliable, conscientious service for transport from Heathrow to Suffolk. Our flight was delayed but the driver went above and beyond, keeping in contact via text, and providing peace of mind he would wait for us. When we arrived at our destination he ensured we could get into the cottage and he brought our suitcases inside. I recommend this hassle free service after a long or short flight. It makes the journey much easier.

Just wanted to say a massive “Thank you” to Claydon Executive Travel. It’s the first time we have used them and absolutely brilliant service.Minibus arrived earlier for pick up - super helpful with some assisted passengers - excellent communication. CET had to hang about for the return journey as we were delayed and then hubby left phone in minibus and Wayne came back within minutes. Could not fault service “Brilliant” and would highly recommend and will definitely be using again - thank you for taking the stress out of our airport run !

Excellent Service. Very comfortable cars. Pick up well on time both ends, and great drivers, despite diversions of the dreaded M25 on the way back. Drop off and Pick up worked perfectly. Thank you,put the icing on a wonderful holiday.

Claydon Executive Travel provided our chauffeur driven wedding car from our wedding venue to our spa retreat in 27/04/2023. The driver was conscientious and courteous and waited beyond the time we agreed to depart as we were delayed, with no problem at all. The car was stunning, immaculately clean, and on arrival at our spa retreat, the driver assisted us with all our luggage and assured we got into our lodge safely. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience all round. The service was easy to book, even from New Zealand where I was travelling from. The car itself was very nice, substantially better than a local taxi company was offering, and at a slightly cheaper price. Driver was pleasant and chatty and delivered a nice smooth ride. I will definitely use this service again.

I found Claydon Executive Travel an excellent service. The driver was named or us before pick up who arrived in good time. The journey was comfortable and the driver friendly. On our return trip the driver again named and a number plate given so we could find the right car. It was late at night and many of the normal roads were closed due to road closures, however our driver found ways round then and got us home safely. I would recommend this company for airport transfers from home and return excellent value for money.

Wouldn’t use any other taxi service. Efficient and very understanding when I’ve had to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. This time we got picked up from Gatwick by Ben communication from Ben at the airport telling us where to meet him was clear. Great experienced driver. Thankyou! Highly recommended company!

Claydon Executive Travel
I recently used Claydon Executive Travel for pickup in Holbrook to Southampton cruise terminal. A great company, very easy to deal with their vehicles are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our driver Mr John Nash was excellent he was on time to pick us up and made sure we arrived at the cruise terminal on time. He is excellent driver and a very friendly man. I would recommend this company for any of your travel needs while in the UK. It definitely is a excellent door to door service.
