Excellent service, after becoming frustrated with waiting for an Apple repair appointment I tried out Applemania about 9 months ago. I have used Apple Parts for a good few years now, supporting me with phone repairs MacBook problems and general advice not to mention to buy some of their reasonably price accessories.The team are amongst the most professional friendly and helpful I have come across. You will not go wrong trusting them to sort out your Apple problems.

I’ve used these guys quite a few times and never had an issue. It’s always been a while you wait quick service, actual cost quoted before handing my phone over and never had to return there with something not done properly.

My friend used the service and was highly dissatisfied, the guy was polite up until he faced a problem...The problem being the repair on the iPhone screen didn't work, the touch screen isn't working and he is not taking liability of this issue as his second attempt failed again, he will try and delete this as he does with all negative reviews.Unfortunately the best thing about the experience was the complimentary hot drink.

Repaired my mac book pro which had tea spilled on it... And then trusted them with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro and they managed to replace the screen and have it ready within 48 hours! Absolutely top end service and quality!

I'll let everyone who reads this make their own judgement. I took my Mac to these and asked for a Hard drive replacement and some extra memory to be put in. When booking told the best would be for a SSD upgrade from a sata drive. I wanted a Sata drive to keep it the same. Before picking up - Told they had accidentally cracked the screen. I understand accidents happen - but offered a half price refurbished one - So an extra expense.I was told that the SATA or SSD Drives do not have fan temp control and I'd have to install a fan control program once I had the mac in working condition.Brought it home and then for two days tried to get the mac to boot up - I gave up and took it back to be told it was corrupt data. Their computers and systems were down and I was not told this was a additional 60 charge for Data recovery!A few days later got someone to pick this up after many call and checks to find out when I could pick it up. One time I did visit the store and overheard another person complaining about their repair of a device. I just hoped it would not be me.Well now after another 60 pound bill - Not happy about this I have the Mac working - But starting to wonder after all the money spent - Will it last me another 5 years or so?Just be clear about the service you want and what it includes - For me, not 100% happy about the total cost, time and the end result. But Make sure you know what you want and will get after their service of our device.

Brilliant service and price. Replaced screen on my phone, replaced screen on my sons ipad and fixed the loud speaker on my phone. Always professional, friendly and quick. Not had any problems with repairs and made to feel confident if i did it would not be a problem to go back. Would not hesitate to recommend. Marie

In less than 15 minutes my iPhone 6 Plus screen was fixed. I would recommend Applemania to anyone that needs a swift and professional repair. Great service and great value. Thank you.

I would never use their service again. I took my MacBook there to have the battery replaced. Within 5 weeks of the replacement the supposedly new battery they had installed completely died.

I used these guys for a little while for various Mac and phone fixes. Interesting to read lots of people having the same issues with cracked screens and parts being charged for that were not replaced with new, if at all.I’ll list the reasons I stopped using them and have moved all my business to Absolute Circuits:1. Charging for things that hadn’t actually been replaced. In this instance, “baking” a video card and charging for a replacement (it worked for a bit then failed again several months later).2. Returning a Mac with a cracked screen and claiming no liability despite having me sign a form confirming it was received without defects.3. Shoddy repairs with sub-standard (not new) parts. As shown in the picture, a second hand disk that was stuck inside an iMac with adhesive tabs instead of back in the caddy bracket. It later fell off and damaged other parts costing £300 to repair.I was warned about these guys but chose to make up my own mind. Over time I found out how bad they were for myself.
