Recently bought a used Leon estate from Holders, which was a very easy process, with absolutely no pressure or sales pitch. Prices were good, and staff seem to genuinely understand concept of customer service. It is a dealership that listens to customers and actually respects them so would definitely be a return customer and would have no hesitation in recommending. SEAT Dealership. A rare combination of modern facilities and services, with an old fashioned attitude to customer service and satisfaction. Friendly and polite attitude with sensible prices.Update - having left the area, by 220 miles, I now have to use a different SEAT dealer (I won't name) which is unfortunately well below the standards set by Holders. Back in the area on holiday we had a problem relating to the wheelchair conversion on our SEAT, called in to Holders hoping they were not too busy. Well busy they were but not too busy to help out a customer in a spot of bother, so we got the same usual high standard of service they have provided before with efficiency and a smile. What a wonderful way they do business.

I purchased my previous car from Holders a couple of years ago as the Covid pandemic kicked off, and was impressed with the customer service from start to finish. It was a second hand Vauxhall, and I discovered a fault a few days after purchase. Holders sorted it out for me ASAP, with no dramas. Although I've now changed my car (a VW bought elsewhere) I'm still returning to Holders for MOT and servicing as when you find a garage you can trust, you stick with them!
