Was told about this place through a friend and so glad i was. Not only a genuinely nice guy (George) but the service, price and customer relations all AMAZING. Could not ask for better service or price. No wonder this guy is always busy lol. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be a repeat customer myself. Keep up the great work guys.

This guy is SO rude, obviously bunked off school when they were teaching manners! I originally went to this shop because it was local (I prefer to support independents) and there seemed to be a lot of five star reviews. I don't know what I have done to upset him but when I asked when my bike would be ready to collect I got a I've only got one pair of hands". That was not what I asked and is it not reasonable to get an idea of when the work will be done? I've had to take it back twice since the original repair

Had to wait two weeks for a bucked wheel to be repaired, the guys appeared to be busy but still, it was never repaired. I took it back after being as patient as I could and the front wheel was flat even though it was perfect when brought in. I not only didn't get the bike fixed, but got it even worse than it initially was.I was recommended the shop by a friend, praised for the quality of the service, evidently, not everyone has the same service though.

This is a fantastic bicycle shop I visited at noon. I was experiencing some troubling noise and vibrations with my bike whenever I pedaled hard. I was kindly told by the staff the issues may come from the pedals and the bottom bracket. They decided to check both. Within just half an hour, I was informed that my bike was all fixed up and ready to go. They installed a brand new set of pedals and bottom bracket. It now rides so smoothly! I was surprised by the quality of service and the speed at which they got my bike back to me. The staffs are professional and welcoming.

George was previously a decent mechanic and I have enjoyed using his services in the past, but this week he has grown increasingly erratic as a consequence of the huge amount of pain he is in. Its no state secret, he had a terrible accident a few years ago during his daily commute home. However, I turned up at 11 am seeking to have my bike serviced and was met with a very foul and nasty attitude. He left me waiting for nearly twenty minutes before stating wit is it" with a real foulness. He instructed me to come back

Great service from George, and great advice!I took my bike in for a service Thursday afternoon, he phoned Friday afternoon to say it was good to go! Very happy with it & will def return for future services & repairs!

I went there today right after my derailleur bent, so it had to be changed, as well as the cable, as the very nice guy explained to me. He explicitly asked to be phoned back with the price of the service, and they agreed to phone me in the afternoon to LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PRICE WILL BE. 3 hours later they phoned me to say the bike is ready and will cost £39 for the parts and service, and that I can collect it now. Thank you for the fast service, but I can see this was intentional.

very friendly, i bought mud guards from them, but i have a bad quality bike and i wouldnt have been able to get the mud guards on them otherwise, they improvised a solution and fitted everything free of chargevery informative too.
