We have worked hand in hand with IP Office Limited for over 14 years. We have partnered in a number of projects and have always found them to be professional, friendly & informative. Have had previous IP Office supplied system for 5 years. As a GP surgery there are multiple things that are very important when choosing and installing a system and Richard and his team went out of their way to understand and accommodate. New system chosen and due to be installed in January. The choosing of that system was as clear and simple as the last time and I have every confidence the installation will be the same

I have been using IP Office for over 11 years now and will continue to use for the foreseeable future. They took out an old BT PBX and we went with the AVAYA IP500. Full installation, configuration and support for 30 handsets using everything from PSTN, ISDN and SIP. 10 years on and we have seen many changes in technology, upgrades and we are now fully virtulised and supporting over 300 devices over four sites. The team are fantastic (i remember a PSU blowing at 4pm on a Friday, onsite Saturday morning to replace). IPOffice have had to re-tender for contracts but time and again it comes down to the relationship and the service you receive. IPOffice are very much seen as a partner, not a supplier. Can't recommend highly enough!

I contacted the IP office at the start of lock down for help with remote telephone systems for staff. Within 24 hours I had a fully working IP telephone system which works fantastic for remote working. Craig was a great help in explaining everything and rolling out the system through our organisation. It's just a shame they sponsor Exeter City not Leeds United! MOT

We have used IP Office for our telephone system for a couple of years and have been very pleased with the service. The system gives our staff the flexibility to work in the office and at home which is very useful. Cameron and the customer service team are helpful and prompt when dealing with our questions.

Palm Equipment International Ltd have been using IP Office for many years, this year we moved out Telephone system to a newer more reliable up to date system. During this process they helped and advised providing us with a smooth transition. Following this the support has been excellent, I would recommend.
