Kwik Fit - London - Islington - Holloway

Grateful you agreed to sort my tyres.Sorry that I wasn't offered more choice.Having checked on the web - not very competitive.I am a very very long time client so I accept your price.

I have book appointment with kwik fit week ago on Holloway Road i have been there reception he told me we don't have any book on your name. But receptionist guy very rude. Zero customer services

I was driving over to Willesden to have my tyres changed and I spotted Kwik Fit so I pulled in. Initially it didn't look good but soon my confidence surfaced when the manager said yes we can. Honestly I was impressed from beginning to end, it's a brilliantly run operation and I watched the skills being used on equipment that wouldn't look out of place on an F1 race track. The place was tip top and the price was competitive with the Internet because I checked beforehand. Five stars deserved.

Having been coming to this Kwik Fit point for the last 8 years I now lost trust and will not be using them again. Was provided with incorrect info 3 times. They reached the limit.At appointment 1, I was incorrectly advised that discs and pads required replacing with pressuring me to change them once the car is in the garage.2. Was provided with a failed MOT test based on my tires having 3mm left (legal 1.6mm), then when I questioned it, I was advised it was only a recommendation but at that time two tyres were already purchased and being changed.3. A year after appointment 1 was advised my break discs are fine but pads need replacement, ideally when the car in a garage. While I did 40k on them and getting closer to the replacement point, I declined the service. Was advised I will get a message on my car dashboard when the replacement is needed. Coincidently, it appeared just when i left the garage.. it didn't even go through my mind that someone could remove a bit of break fluid to trigger the message...I also checked my dashboard camera videos and some how 3 videos from this appointment have been deleted.I think that's enough for me, but hope it will help others to get a better service.

Terrible experience - do not get your MOT done here. I booked in to get an MoT done and it couldn’t have gone much worse. First, when I arrived (for a time scheduled) appointment I wasn’t even acknowledged until about 20min it’s after the alloyed appointment time. Then, when I picked up my car, it was obvious everything had been done in a hurry and not properly. I knew one of the windscreen wipers needed replacing (was literally falling off) - they didn’t even do this. They just told me the car had passed and tried to get me out of there ASAP. Two minutes down the road I figured out why when the system warning light came on. I went straight back and they fobbed me off saying it was triggered by one of the tests they did but it would turn off by itself in a bit. They did something to turn the light off but after I left came straight back on. Have since found out one of the sensors has been knocked out and will cost a few hundred pounds to repair…kwik fit are saying it’s not their responsibility.Anyway, that’s my experience - I definitely won’t be going here again and I’d recommend you don’t either unless you want terrible service, job not done properly and, even worse, risk getting an expensive bill to repair the damage they do to your car.

The team at Holloway communicated well with me. They called me when my car was ready to be collected and they also checked the tyres and brakes. I was going on a long road trip so was grateful for the extra customer service.

I have used the branch in Holloway many times before and the service is excellent. Halim as usual went out of his way to try help and everyone was good and competent as always. Will use again in the future.

I visited for a wheel alignment check a few weeks ago and drove off, noticing the veering hadn't improved. I telephoned and booked to revisit when I returned home, citing the problem. I revisited and had the technician re-check the alignment and still, when leaving, had severe veering to one side.I have since visited another garage (VGS), and they were able to fix my wheel alignment swiftly and for a cheaper price.

Thank you Altan and Mohamed for fixing my car's exhaust. The exhaust had become much louder than normal, so on the Kwik Fit website, I booked an exhaust check appointment, for 12th October. On the day, Mohamed showed me that the rear silencer had become disconnected, and he fixed it while I waited. I am writing this 10 days later, and the exhaust sound has been normal since Mohamed fixed it. Thank you again.

Booked an appointment online, tyre changed within 10 minutes. Abdul was super polite even though he was extremely busy. The tyre was changed by Hamad, who was also very polite and also fit :)
