Great communication from VGS, and offered a top tier service making sure every question was answered and any issues resolved. They took in my car for PX and gave a very good price for it. Offered a fresh MOT and service with the car and also contributed towards my deposit. Would recommend .

Sent an email enquiring about an s2000 they've had for sale for about 2 years. sent an offer and a request about part ex. not only did they completely low ball my car, but when I gave them the figures I would like to work with, they didn't respond at all. when I followed up a week later to see if they'd like to do a deal, all I got was an email that just said SORRY NO" from Ki. If they're like this before I've bought a car from them

Great garage. Easy to book a service online. They helpfully texted me to let me know what time I could drop my car off. Fast, efficient service. Dropped the car off at 9am picked it up just after lunch. Excellent stuff. Highly recommended.

Bought a used car from VGS after seeing an advert online on Autotrader. They were happy to answer my questions about the car and lots of subsequent phonecalls while I sorted out the purchase. I was amazed at their provision of free delivery to Cumbria! As well as 3 year warranty with the car covered by the AA. Overall a great experience and delighted with the car which arrived exactly as it was described - which when making a big purchase was a great relief! I've had the car a week at the time of writing - if I ever have a disaster I'll come back and edit this comment, but so far so good!

Just PX my Jeep for another Jeep. Agreed a value for mine and had the free delivery. From start to finish absolutely brilliant. Very happy with Car. Experience from start to finish excellent. Rare these days with car sales but would definitely buy again from them. Cheers all.

Went to garage to change my normal tires for winter tires. The rears are bigger than the fronts they mixed up my alloy wheels put the big ones on the front and vice versa. I told them they were different sizes and they said they wasn’t they damaged all four of my rims never used any plastic protection when taking tires off just went metal to metal then laughed and drugged his shoulders when I showed him the damage and took a chip out of one of my new tires with his machine because he was stressed out

I was recommended by a coworker to try here after having so many problems at Vauxhall garage (practically next door). What I like most about VGS is that they don’t make any fuss. They get on with the job in hand. They are fast, reliable and reasonably priced. I will definitely return each year for my service and MOT and any misc repairs my car needs.

Had service and mot done at VGS. Booked on line, very easy and straightforward. Competitive prices with free collection. Arranged for collection and delivery. Very good communication. They called 30 minutes before to confirm pick up time and were punctual to collect my car. Service was done on time, and the car was returned with the logbook stamped, service and MOT certificate. Already used them 3 years running. Very satisfied with quality of work. Will use again. Recommend.

My car went in for a service 2 days ago, when the car was done I was told they had to use a premium" oil for my car and charged me £30 more without calling to let me know if this was okay to do. Didn't recieve anything other than an invoice of what I've been charged for
