New Street Nails

Popped in here on off chance as passing, and as a wheelchair user, found it very accessible, welcoming, clean, airy and luxurious!Cheaper than usual place I go as well.Also had my toe nails painted same as nails.Will definitely be using this as my regular nail salon from now on.Thoroughly recommend! ******

My nails look awful! See photo below. I would definitely not recommend this place for gel removal. I did not have my glasses on and only really examined them when I got home, my fault really! £8 for the privilege…. not

I called New Street Nails to do my nails, the lady that answered the phone asked if could be there in next 5 minutes she could do it for me, I said to her to please book me in as I was one minute away from them. So I rushed over to the shop with my toddler on my arms and we we managed to get there in 3 minutes. When we got the nail shop the lady look to my face and said she wouldn’t have anytime to the next 30-40 minutes. What happened to my appointment? She literally didn’t thinK twice to jump a walking into my appointment. So I rushed over carrying my toddler in arms, I paid for an extra unnecessarily car parking just to be there on time and she look to my face and said tough lucky. Not fair at all, this is not the way to treat people, no respect for my time, no respect for my money and the worse of it was the lack of consideration. I do not recommend this place and yes I will tell you everyone in the community how bad is the customer service in there. I just got enough of these people that everything is about the money.

Me, my mum and sister are all in love with our nails. We got our nails done as soon as we walked in so no waiting around. Take their time individually especially since we all have details on ours.

New Street Nails in Woodbridge is the best nail salon I have ever used and definitely worth the 30 minute drive. Every manicure and pedicure I have had there over the past 14 months has always been of excellent quality , very thorough and very professional. Such incredible value for money! The gels last for weeks and normal polish somehow doesn’t chip and lasts much longer than if I do it at home. The lovely husband and wife team work exceptionally hard to delivery such a high standard. I cannot recommend New Street Nails more highly. I recommend booking. Clare

Lovely staff very clean and professional service

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. 20 mins. Not filing. No soaking or cuticle maintenance. Unfriendly. Rushed. Unhelpful. Low choice of colours. And £20 for a twenty minute treatment. Really bad. No manners hostile woman. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Please can you learn how to treat your customers with respect. We aren’t cattle. That’s how you made me feel today. Grow some respect. Awful service. Why are you so rude??
