Luton MOT Servicing Centre

These guys became my mot centre purely because they were the closest one to me at my old address. However that was about 4 years ago and I always use them now. Not the cheapest but don't find spurious issues" with your car like some of the chain garages have been known to do. They have even adjusted things for the car (such as headlight height) to pass without charging additional labour costs. I have even recommended them to work colleagues

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Went there several ago. They missdiagnosed the issue and recommend that bought an expensive part. Promised me to get back to me when they could fit it...and I'm still waiting for the call.Took the car elsewhere and it turned out that I didn't even need the that part in the first place.

Do not go here - they made up problems on my car so they could charge me 500 quid to 'fix' it. I went here to check whether my car had a leak, whether my wheels were misaligned and whether my brakes were okay. Hours later they told me I needed to replace my steering rack for 425 quid and replace my front brakes for 70 quid which they had just 'replaced' 5 months ago for the car's MOT. Either they didn't do the work at the MOT or they're taking the mick now. I took it to two different garages for a second opinion, they told me my brakes were fine and the steering rack didn't need to be replaced, only the gaiter needed to be rewelded to get rid of the leak. This only cost me a third of the price to fix! It's disappointing because I felt they had done a good job with my MOT in the past - clearly not - they are a bunch of chancers. Take your money elsewhere or at least get a second opinion if you go there.

I called them the day before, that I want to bring my car for Mot tomorrow at 13.10 and send a message and they call back and confirm, when i went he said it is not us we don't book in advance. I show the number i called and he confirmed the number was his. He did not say sorry or anything else and asked me to come some another time, pretty Rude and unprofessional.

MOT service shop here for sometimes now. Good service and customer care, dedicated staff

I book appointment with my car because when you turn wheels full than make a noise and spin. They told me its whishbone they replaced bowth (unnecessary) and the same problem again. They told me your car need alignment. It wasn't alignment problem it was top Mont. I went to proper garage and they sort it. In this garage they can't unfortunately of your pocket repair it. They don't have a knowledge HOW to do a job. Not recommended.
