We love out kitchen from Kenton Jones. The service and craftsmanship from design to completion was amazing.

Having a new kitchen was a big deal for us and we took a long time deciding what to do, wether to extend or knock through into the dining room. They were very patient and understanding and put no pressure on us.We have now completed the installation and are thrilled to bits with the result.The quality of the manufacture and the attention to detail have given us a beautiful kitchen that I’m sure will last many years.Would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The attention to detail and experience they bring when designing kitchens is second to none. Its the little things like reducing the depth of a smaller cupboard next to our door, the plinth returns and mm accurate spacing for the cooker, the beautiful oak cabinetry on show in the dresser with automatic lighting and the stunning lusso taps that set off the belfast sink. They strive for perfection and being a fussy customer i can honestly say they exceeded all my expectations. Its no wonder King Charles has used them for one of his kitchens. Thanks to everyone at Kenton Jones for building us our dream kitchen, its amazing.

Whilst the quality of their product is of a high standard the after sales service is shocking.For the past 12 months I have, unsuccessfully, been trying to get a quotation for some modifications to an existing kitchen in my new home. From the initial enquiry I was clear that if this was not something that they would be interested in that I completely understood, however I was ensured that as the kitchen was originally designed & fitted by themselves that they would be most definitely carry out the work. After several phone calls & emails I’m still none the wiser on cost or lead time.I am fully understanding that there are delays currently with the COVID pandemic but the lack of communication is not what you expect of a bespoke kitchen provider & the initial enquiry was made in autumn 2019.So to summarise, no doubt that their kitchen’s are of a high quality but the communication and after sales is well below where it needs to be. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for any future kitchens, which is a shame as I’m very happy with the product itself.

Fabulous place beautiful hand-made kitchens

We decided to use Kenton Jones kitchens for a second time in 6 years, as our experience was so good last time and they didn't disappoint.We didn't even look at other bespoke kitchen makers as we had taken more than a year and invested a great deal of time and effort 6 years ago, before selecting Kenton Jones, this time we knew who we wanted to help us design and build the kitchen in our forever home.We also asked them to design and build cupboards in our dining room and utility. Faultless in every way, the fitter was outstanding and did everything perfectly, the surveyor was on hand to help with decisions because the kitchen was an odd shape and the communication between us and them was very good.We know we have the most beautiful and much admired kitchen, which will see us into our old age.
