Michaels sessions are insane! I thought I was fit until I started working with Michael! I hardly ever catch my breath and I love it. My body is working at optimum level the whole workout and I am definitely fitter than when I first started without a doubt.What I love most is that he is so positive and is on your side. Just when I think I can't do anymore, I can always get another rep in or go just that little bit longer because he is such a fantastic motivator and clearly wants you to be at your best! I've worked with other trainers before and Michael is by far the best and he is extremely affordable. You will not be disappointed at all

I trained with Michael once a week for about a year before moving from SW London. We startef off over the summer in Richmond Park then shifted to a gym for winter. We covered sorts- from boxing to sprint training (with a parachute!) to weights and agility. Michael tailored the sessions to my needs andkept it interesting by mixing it up and pushing my limits. He has an easy going personality that suits this work but knows when to make you sweat! It was rewarding to feel myself improve over time and I really miss my PT sessions. Highly recommend Michael if you get the opportunity to train with him.

I have been working with Michael for just over a month, and I have already noticed differences in my energy, weight and fitness. The sessions will include some aerobic work, bodyweight exercises and anaerobic (sprints, boxing), challenging me in many different ways. He is great at pushing you to keep going when you are at your limit, and those are the times that count.

Michael is working wonders for me. He gives me a 35-40 minute high intensity training 3 times a week at great value for money. For those who don’t look forward to forced long training sessions with low energy levels after a hard day, Michael offers this tailored program to extract the max out of each PT session and keeps me looking forward to come back. He motivates me during my work out and is very professional. As I see changes in my body I’m self motivated to alter other aspects of my life to continue my transformation e.g my diet. I look forward to continuing with Michael.

Michael is a fantastic trainer! Each session is different and fun. He mixes up lots of different exercises and has got me into doing weights again. I am seeing results already and he encourages me to do more. Great for general fitness or getting into shape again. Looking good for my wedding day has kept me motivated! Thank you, Michael!

Booked a block of sessions with Michael for my arms  goals.  Michael is experienced, professional, and physically fit, able to motivate and provide brilliant training advice. Due to a change in my circumstances midway through the sessions, he was able to adapt and provide virtual sessions and was readily accessible and available to support if and when I needed it.  Will definitely book Michael again.

Michael is a fab PT, he keeps things interesting as no two sessions are the same. The outdoor sessions we've been having over the summer have been great, it's a good mix of exercise and fresh air. He's kept me motivated even in the 35 degree heat!

I have worked with Michael for 6 months and have really enjoyed our sessions. Every week is different, interesting and Michael seems to know how to take you to the edge of your fitness level. Michael is a really nice guy to and is very motivating. We had great fun in all weather doing outside sessions with a mixture of cardio/strength and agility. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been training with Michael since last year. Training sessions are relaxed, well thought out, targeting the full body. Due to lockdown we have been working outdoors which has also been beneficial. A great place to improve your strength and conditioning.
