Nick Bettles and his team have been nothing but extremely helpful to me the past couple of years. As a tenant, I’ve always felt looked after and felt like they’ve trusted me to just take good care of the flat. Never felt pestered nor harassed (compared to past experiences), they were always prompt if you needed something, and nothing was too much trouble - absolute professionals. I definitely recommend Kenneally if you are looking for a place to rent in Peterborough.

I never thought I would like my experience with a letting company enough to write a review but here I am — My partner and I had just moved from the US and were having a terrible time finding a new place in London. That is until we found our agent Clare & Keneally Property Services. Clare is incredibly warm & incompetent and did her very best to answer all of our questions and provide information on the property. Once we decided to move forward with the place, she acted as a trustworthy and fair intermediary between ourselves and the landlord and got us an agreement that was satisfactory to both parties. She was so communicative and supportive and the entire process was so smooth that I actually wondered at some point if it had to be a scam! That’s how unexpectedly positive this whole experience was. I couldn’t be happier to leave this review and hope it helps a few people who might be looking to see if they want to work with Clare and/or Keneally Property Services

I needed a place quickly in Peterborough to facilitate a new job role and I arranged a viewing with Nick on the same day as my interview. Nick was courteous and professional and showed me around a selection of apartments at Hereward House in Hampton. The building was a new build and the apartments were of excellent quality and finish. I knew that I wanted to stay here immediately. On getting my job offer I arranged with Nick and the team to set up a tenancy. This was all managed very quickly, efficiently and with excellent communication throughout. I was moved in very quickly. There were very few issues with the apartment during my stay but when there were issues for example with the shared areas of the building, the team were on it immediately and matters resolved promptly. The whole process ran smoothly from move in to move out. I highly recommend Nick and the team and their services at Kenneally Property Services if you are in the market for a property in Peterborough and the surrounding area.

Keneally is a professional managing real estate company. I used to rent an apartment from them. During three years I couldn’t complain for their service. The team is nice and so helpful especially for foreigners. Easy contact to the team if you need to talk or raise an issue they always respond. There were no problems during checkout. I recommend this company.

Keneally Property Services are simply fantastic. We were with them for a year and a half and truly wished we could take them with us when we moved. Every interaction we had was professional, seamless, supportive and kind. The whole team are lovely to speak to and are so helpful with any and every question you may have. Kenneally took over from previous property managers for my building who had been very poor. KPS fixed many issues that had been outstanding for months within weeks of the changeover. As a tenant I am very happy with their service, as they were always professional and responsive.

Nick and his team have been so helpful and supportive throughout my time of being a tenant in the property they manage, from moving in to recently moving out.
