Don’t go. Expensive! Smaller size parking place than normal! Very narrow entrance and exit.Close by 7pm! If you forgot to departure your car before, you will get a fine

Don't park there if you're out for drinks - closes at 7:00 which is not very clearWe parked there at 6:30, and there is a sing at the entrance with the fees and the times all together with a tiny font, but didn't pay much attention as any other car park downtown is 24h and as other people said, it's 2023...So, we went to collect our car after the drinks and it was locked inside along with our keys... We had to take an Uber back home, and almost pay for a hotel + £16 pounds overnight stay. Disaster.Also, the next day I went to collect my car, the machine didn't work, and I had to call them for assistance (mind you, it was a Saturday and their offices are closed....). After trying to reach out for a decent amount of time, an extremely rude woman hung up on me and when I called back she said 'there weren't much she could do over the phone'. Finally, she tried to help only to make things worse and continue having a dreadful attitude the whole time.I would avoid at all costs. I have to give 1 star as Google doesn't allow me to give none, but it's a total mess.

Signs on the road before the junction turn in tells drivers how many places were available, tight squeeze for the car park entry, parking is a little expensive being £3 an hour could do with lowering the price to £2 an hour. We paid £12 for 4 hours parking at the pay machine before leaving, parking is free for disabled badge holders for unlimited stay, there are parent and child parking spaces available but the car park could do with more than just 4 spaces on the first level. Only a short walk from The Shambles and main shops it’s a great location within the city centre. We will be parking in this car park again if we visit York in the future.

PARK HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!Honestly shocked that the pricing £15 for 4 hours is disgusting even for a city center parking, I can tell you now I’ll make sure I don’t park there again and waste my money

Well accessible to the shopping centre. However, there are no parent or child spaces and the stay was quite expensive. We paid £12 for just over 4 hours, but we were visiting for the day, so I expected to pay extra. Close to the River Ouse cruise landing at King's Staith. It's also pretty central to most things, including the Shambles and Dungeons.

Great access and free parking for blue badge holders

Main entrance/slip lane to car park is stupidly narrow, main barrier damaged.Visited on multiple occasions whereby payment machines are out of order, not the best multi-story, wouldn't recommend if you value your car.

Decent amount of space to maneuver once you're in the car park, though the lane that goes into the entrance is about an inch wider than a car.We used this car park on a Friday for the German Christmas Market and there were still plenty of spaces available and it was quite reasonably priced.

Parked here and it was the best parking I’ve used in a while! Needing disabled parking, was a little annoying it wasn’t on the ground floor, there is nice sized lifts, but who I was travelling with can’t go in lifts. So was a little walk! But reading the notice that blue badge holders could park in any bay, only read this once parked and leaving the car park, was useful. But I do need the extra space to open car doors. And that blue badge I was able to park all day for free! Thank you! This made visiting York so much better and easier. Such a relief that I didn’t have to use park and ride etc to come into the city centre. Will now always use here for parking
