Ive sincerely refrained from doing this review however its important for businesses to understand that they arent operating effectively and charging for less than standard services.took my car in for MOT and oil change less than a month ago, was assured parts would be ordered before i took my car in and it would be quick therefore a courtesy car wouldnt be needed.Took it in first thing 9am and went away. still spoke to the manager who then told me over the phone that parts were still being ordered.after sitting in the park and walking the local area for over 3 hours and no call i went in to find out what was happening and was told my car still hadnt been touched due to a shortage of mechanics.i asked why i wasnt informed and was told that it would have been done on the day but they couldnt give me a time.i paid for the mot fixed the advisories/ fails went back as i was promised i wouldnt pay labour fees but would still pay for parts. went back days later and my car was serviced" and a labour fee was on my invoice and when i asked why

I needed a new alternator and found Best Motors Coachwork very reasonable in price and labour, compared to Kwik Fit. They had excellent availability and Jay the representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. They even gave me a used fan belt from their stock room at a very good price and told me the normal cost price, which I was not aware that was needed.When I had to pick up the car, I was running late due to traffic and I got a text back saying the manager would wait for me, even though it was after 6pm. I was so grateful since I really needed the car.Brilliant service from beginning to end, I would definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a great mechanic with brilliant service, not many places around like this especially when you're a woman.

Professional and helpful.Called in the morning with brake problem. Was told to bring car in and they replaced rear discs and pads, which were badly worn, same day. Polite and friendly. Will definitely use again

They’re the best in town , very professional people .I had problem with my back wheel give them a call and took my car to them ,they fixed everything within same day just have to wait an hour,they offer you to wait in their waiting area or Guide you to nearest cafe as soon as your car is ready, they gave you a call! Without a doubt I’ll visit them again in the future. They also do MoT service .

Have bought a number of cars here for multiple services and MOTs. Always a flawless and smooth experience. Usually a very quick turnaround and a lovely waiting area for the While-u-wait services. Staff are always polite and courteous, giving the place a very professional vibe. Upon completion, you’re always invited to the check out area where you are handed any documents and invoice. You pay while they bring the car out and off you go.

Incredible MOT service. The guy that did my MOT was super friendly. For sure will be coming back for any future MOTs. Five stars guys.
