The team at Frank Barnes in Darwen are fantastic, I have been using them for years and couldn't recommend them more. Always helpful and give great advice, drivers are always very friendly and take their time to ensure you are taken care of. 10/10 well done Frank Barnes Darwen.

I'm sure this companies services are excellent but I have never used them. However, to be harassed and abused by a driver whilst driving with daughter in the car was the vilest thing a grown man could do to woman in this day in age. He was bouncing the cab of his skip truck up the back of my car, and screaming obscenities at me it was disgusting. This was totally unprofessional behaviour and scared us both.

The fastest and most reliable company ever. We received our 8 yard skip on same day of request and they picked it up couple of hours after my request. We will definitely use their skips again and recommend to everyone!!

Excellent service from start to finish, Steve on the phone was very helpful and told us what we needed to do the job, the driver/operator that came couldnt do enough to help us. Top company, great lads, fully recommended.

Excellent service managed to get the skip on our drive saving us money on the street license. They also picked the skip up quicker than they should as we had a funeral leaving from our home. Thankyou for that ,would definitely highly recommend

Phoned this company on Monday to arrange for 2 8-yard skips to be delivered on Thursday. I spoke to the lady in the office who stated that it wouldn't be a problem and either both skips would be delivered at once or 1 delivered, collected, replaced and collected again. I confirmed this was fine as I had paid a labourer to start at 8am so both skips would be filled relatively quickly. The lady advised me to ring back on Wednesday afternoon to see whether both skips would be being delivered at once or whether it would be one following the next. I have just phoned and been told by the same lady that they have no skips available and I would have to go onto a waiting list to potentially get one skip tomorrow afternoon. I told her that this was not what she advised on Monday, otherwise I wouldn't have left it until the day before to now try and source two more skips. She was aware that I had paid a labourer for the day, who potentially now has no skips to fill. I asked to speak to a manager, who was aggressive over the phone and said LOOK WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT TO YOU. I informed him that if I knew they weren't guaranteed to be delivered, then I wouldn't have taken the risk leaving it until the day before. He could not come up with a solution and just said WELL SHALL WE LEAVE IT AT THAT THEN! This was my first experience ordering with Frank Barnes and it will most definitely be my last; just pleased I have't given them any of my money and received a bad service!

Excellent professional service. Needed to move a jacuzzi hot tub at short notice. This company were really helpful and the whole job was done swiftly and safely. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Superb service. Very helpful and friendly lady answered my call and explained the various sizes and prices extremely clearly. I had a skip delivered within 2 hours. I rang the next day for it to be picked back up and was picked up within hours. Drivers were very friendly, polite and helpful and placed the skip exactly on the drive where I wanted it. The first time I've ever had to order a skip and I thoroughly recommend them.

I spoke with Holly on Monday requiring an 8 Yard skip in Langho, they had none available due to high demand but said they would have one by Wednesday and I could definitely have it then and she would call me to arrange the payment. It was booked in and confirmed apparently. By Friday I had heard nothing so called to chase it.I was informed she was off sick by another who now said they don't deliver to Langho because they are too busy.When I asked why they did deliver to Langho on Monday but didn't by Friday let alone failing to deliver the service promised I was met with the answer its not my fault she's off sick. Quite what that has to do with it who knows.I had other options for delivery on Friday, now I have to wait another week due to these failing to deliver on their promisesMy advice avoid. Poor service, poor attitude. Unreliable.Should be no stars but won't allow me.
