I thought they were excellent. They fitted times around me, I rearranged where and when and they just changed their plans with no complaints. Turnaround was pretty quick and my car was returned in very good condition, looking brand new where they had replaced the bumper.The lady on the phone was friendly and efficient and the estimator was equally helpful and friendly. The guy who collected the car rang before hand to let me know he was on his way and the person who dropped off my car followed the instructions I left as I wasn't there to sign for the car.

Weston Accident Repair provided me with an excellent service. They gave an honest assessment of the damage to my car and what could be done. They came upon an issues with the insurance company handling the claim and provided an amicable solution. They booked the car in, provided an excellent courtesy car, and fixed mine within 2 days. The car was also returned in immaculate condition both inside and outside. The only problem I noticed was their handling of paperwork and key storage but this did not affect my repair experience.

Slow and unorganised. My partners car was taken in, and has long missed the estimated date. They are so hard to get hold of he had to drive in and talk to them face to face because they would not answer the phone. Terrible communication, and a leisurely repair rate. Its now been a month. If you are looking for a quick and easy fix do not take your car here.

We have had 4 accident repairs here in the last 5 years. The work has always been of a very good standard and the process including communication gas been smooth. They also helped to deal with insurance etc. I definitely reccomend this body shop and have not experienced any of the issues in some other Google reviews. My experience is valid/reliable based on the fact we have used them numerous times.
