Hi thanks greg great service n top work needed my car checked and tyres changed last minute and had it sorted the next morning ready to pick up highly recommend this garage in Gloucester as most want to rip you off but he seems as genuine as you can get.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is disgraceful car went in with a issue to be fixed. And they charged labour and parts for a issue that wasn’t even prevalent the car took 3 weeks to fix and no updates or correspondence in that time despite constantly ringing and having to go to the garage to find out what’s happening. Being shouted at over the phone and told people are stupid etc. refusals of invoice or work carried out and no work Carried out to reflect price.Also unable to pay via card and only by cash you know they are avoiding tax etc. I have contacting the motor trading ombudsman and trading standards and will be taking this sham of a company to small claims court. They should have all licenses revoked and reframe from trading. Abysmal service from the start. Would not recommend.

Waste of my time and money, he cancel 2 of my booked appointments, because it was to busy ??? ...I lost at least 2 weeks and other appointments .

Greg (the owner) was fantastic. I needed my van brakes doing as soon as possible, bearing in mind I phoned him late morning on a Friday, he pulled out all the stops and finished the job by 5pm that same day. I am self employed so needed my van quickly. Greg has done a first class job, would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Very rude and judgmental. Made me feel very uncomfortable as a female on their own going into the garage. It has recently been snowing so I felt the parking spot was hard to get into in case I slipped on the ice. The man was not happy he got angry rolling his eyes and throwing his arms about huffing. When I went to pick up my car he asked me if I had ever heard of cleaning. I have a horse so there was some mud in my car I can’t keep it spotless 24/7. It was even written in my MOT that the car was dirty inside which I don’t believe is necessary. Lastly he had unnecessarily ripped my car duck of the dashboard which I don’t even know why he needed to touch it. The duck had been there for 2 years so didn’t come of on its own. Would not recommend!

Very good experience, I had a full service & MOT done with Greg on my new car he was really informative he managed to fit me in asap for both. I also had my alternator fixed he got me in on the same day and fixed my car within 2 days! would highly recommend as he produces high quality service.

I poped in after having an issue with my mot and needed repairs doing. They fitted me in ASAP 2 days easter weekend. Only thing they asked was if I could get the part delivered. Very reasonable considering the 2 lads was flat out. They found another part that needed replacing and replaced it no issues. Good price. Genuine guys. I would definitely take my car there again as i dont feel I was ripped off and they advised everything that needed doing and did it. They are a small garage so u have to bare with them but they will get u sorted no issues

Worst place they changed my brake pads that never needed changing with and stole them and put worse ones on . I’ve heard they take parts and they are a big scam . Look at the other reviews. The only reason people come here is because there never booked up
