Buying my new bike from Al was a great experience. I had been shopping around for the bike I wanted, the Winspace T1500, for some time. Al provided the most competitive quote by some distance. This was for the whole bike build of the full Winspace package. Al kept me up to date with progress on the build from the moment I placed the order. He even sent me an amazing timelapse video of the build once he had finished.The finished bike was delivered by courier and I must say that the care that had gone into to packaging was next level.During assembly, I had one query for Al regarding fitting the bars as I wasn't familiar with that particular set up and he made me another video of the assembly process.I can easily say that this was the best buying experience I've ever had, of anything! To say that this place is a hidden gem of a shop is a complete understatement, what Alex has here is an absolute attention to detail, welcoming, hospitable location for all of your bike needs. Perfect on a south Wales route to visit, perfect to purchase from and customer service absolutely second to none. I made contact with Al enquiring about a set of Carbon wheels, a quick visit turned into an hour easily, purchased within a day and had them ready from his very next delivery - every part of working with Al is superb and currently talking to him about the potential custom build. After seeing a Hambini you tube post in which he lauded the Winspace bike frame for build quality and value (very different from his normal output) I decided to buy one. Rather than trust my own amatuerish skills with what was still a fairly chunky cost I found Al's bike shed online and after some discussion asked him to order teh frame, wheels and associated parts and build my bike for me.The process was detailed, Al was meticulous and the build was smooth and as the now happy owner of a fantastic new bike built to my speciifactions I can't recommend Al and his bike shed highly enough. He may operate out of a timber clad shed on the oustkirts of a small village in Wales, but the service is world class.Jonathan

Can 100% recommend Al's Bike Shed for anyone in the UK looking for a Winspace Frame and/or Wheelset! Had an unfortunate incident that wrote off my old frame, bike insurance to the rescue and this was just right for the replacement. Al was great throughout from clarifying some questions I had, organising delivery, and with one or two questions I had during the build. 10/10. The frame itself and wheels are top-notch from Winspace, excited for many miles out of this shiny new SLC :)

Al's Bike Shed built me complete Winspace T1500 bike with Winspace wheels and SRAM Red components. Did a great job and took a lot of time to give a full and comprehensive handover. Ended up with a top bike from a top fella!!
