This place is an absolute joke the mechanic Ismail is a good guy but part from that if you’re taxi driver this place is the last place to go in Liverpool they kept my car in garage for 10 days!! Couldn’t find the problem really disrespectful owner kind of arrogant they make it look like they are doing you a favour like it’s free!! Avoid this place otherwise they will waste your money and time like mine stay away otherwise you’d regret it!!an update my car is written off because of these people they didn’t fixed the problem so it escalated so I had to scrap the car thanks guys!!!

This place is absolutely unprofessional. They have no clue what they're doing. I was quoted a price of £270 to £350 for a fuel pump replacement for my Ford, but they charged me £420 with no explanation. Furthermore, they've lost my second car key, and there has been a lot of rude behaviour/denial.Please avoid this place; you will pay for nothing. Additionally, I had to visit three times to fix the issue, and they don't adhere to any time schedule, always next day and complain. I felt i was begging for free work while I paid £420.

took my car in in the morning and didnt hear anything and called back 4 to see if there was any news and they had done £100 worth of work without consulting me first. obviously im happy its fixed but should have been asked before work was done

Phoned over mot because I'd left it to late. Called many garages,2 week wait.. called M&A Motors. Mamood said bring it in, I had to get part and he fixed everything for my MOT. . Nice people who work there.they get the job done. Thanks everyone

Absolutely avoid to go there, they are lier unexperienced and they are stealing your belongings from your car.Be very careful

Always take my cars here and work vehicles, have done for years.Very friendly, even when I’m last minute for an MOT they’ll fit me in. Can’t fault them, they’re definitely my “go to” garage. They’ll do the work that needs doing, don’t overcharge like some garages and have always been transparent about costs of anything extra that needs doing. Yes I’ve had to phone them to chase an update but not all the time, they’re busy after all.Always get a detailed receipt which is handy if it’s one of the work vehicles. With regards to MOT’s they will let you know what it’s failed on. Normally something you already were wary of such as tyres or something not that costly to be fair.In all the years I’ve been taking my cars there I’ve never felt like I’m being ripped off or scammed, always the opposite in fact.
