I have just signed up for the 5g hub. I was served by Dan McEvoy. I can honestly say I could not have asked for better service. He was patient, polite and an excellent teacher talking me through how to set up hub. It is absolutely years since I have received service of this standard. Thank you so much young man

Amazing customer service, had so many issues trying to replace my phone and Lewis was so patient and accommodating even when I had to come back to the store a few times. It was the hottest day of the year too and him and Faz handled the whole situation so well I had to leave a review. Top, thank you so much!

The staff were brilliant and did all they could to help. Three’s systems were utterly hopeless and despite the valiant efforts of the staff in the shop, we could not fix the problem (neither old nor new sim would register / connect to network). So I got a new contract from a different provider and was up and running in 20 minutes.

Ryan, who was working in Nottingham but is normally based in Chesterfield, did a brilliant job of sorting out a frustrating phone SIM card issue I've been experiencing. It's flummoxed other tech staff and shop staff and he understood the issue, fixing it in a jiffy. Thank you!

I came back to the store from fixing a problem with my phone. The battery loses power quickly and when I make a call, the phone becomes very hot. What did they tell me, you should contact customer service because the phone was connected to the house. I told them this is not my problem because if I wanted to buy online, I would not have come to the store, I would have ordered it from home and I did not find any help and this is a bad thing.
