Ian quickly diagnosed and repaired our breakdown with no issues. Polite with good communication and an all round genuine professional. Would happily recommend and will contact for my annual service.

Had a CO detector go off, after gas getting shut off, just incase, I called Ian (about 6ish pm) after explaining the situation and expecting to be with out gas for at least a couple of day, Ian offered to come out the very next day @ 0800. He did all the checks to make sure my boiler was ok, turns out it was a faulty CO detector. So i was back up and running within the hour. Good chap, friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

Came out promptly on a Sunday to establish the fault and make things safe. Returned first thing the following day and effected the repair. Clearly explained what the problem was and set about sorting it out with the minimum of fuss. Very polite and punctual. Would happily call Ian again in the future if necessary.
