My e bike was in such a sorry state, (falling apart) 15 months old, after looking and reading the reviews for Progressive MTB, I contact Matthew, he responded within an hour, collected my bike and checked it over and kept me informed, it needed a full MOT style service. Kept updated everyday on progress and cost, which we agreed before commencing repairs. Let’s just say it came back as good as new, after a few days, great care and attention was taken on the repairs every step, price quoted most affordable, it did need/required a lot of work to function, would highly recommend his service and updates were excellent. Rest assured I am a real reviewer/ person and very pleased with his work, will use him again as can’t fault them in any way, and trust, just superb. Matthew is expert at his craft. He provides an excellent service with a thorough evaluation, breakdown and consultation before proceedings. My first time using Matt, and I'll never go anywhere for any bike repairs ever! Top quality and very very prices. He even had to machine some custom end caps due to compatibility with new forks. 10/10 highly recommended

Excellent quality service from Matt. Put my bike and my my daughters bike in for a service, from the start Matt talked me through what he was going to do and kept me updated on any issues he found. Bikes are now as good as new. Will be sending them back to Matt for all future servicing

Had my bike in with Matt for a full service and check a fault with the motor. Quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor and desperately needed brakes, chain and rear set. All done and returned in a few days. Top service and good price. Definitely recommend and will be using him again.

what can i say , i’ve used most bike shops in liverpool and matt’s service is by far the best i’ve ever experienced by miles . highly experienced in electrical bikes. the service was quick he even picked my electric bike up from my front door and dropped it of free of charge what a lovely fella he is the price was amazing also . i’d give him 20 stars never mind 5 i’ll most certainly be back for my services in the future. thank you matt
