Not often I write reviews but wouldn't go anywhere else for tool hire. Staff are extreamly helpfull, always give a demo when renting equipment. They assist with choosing the best item for the job (I am not a trades person just DIY) always slightly daunting! Welcoming and nothings a bother when asking for advice. Ponteland branch also assisted in getting equipment sent to a nearer store with excellent communication.

Hired a carper cleaner last week - great service from the guys - took me through all the operating and safety instructions, recommended the best detergent, supplied the correct plug adaptor and even gave me a hand to carry it to the car. Very impressed both with the quality of service and the equipment supplied.

Great staff, but stock levels are always low I've lost count on how many times they have not had the materials in I've required and have either had to go to a popular DIY shop or rival, which really puts to much time in your day and expectations of your customers.
