Don't live far from here, so used to use it regularly but since they have refurbished it, they seem to have gone downhill, foods always tepid, service is extremely slow and god forbid you should ask for more dips they look at you like you have murdered their whole family.It's a shame, used to be very quick and efficient. Seems to be more for the delivery side of things rather than take away and eat in now.

The service was speedy on the drive through, but when I got home, I realised that the philly cheese stack didn't have any crispy onions, or gherkins, just a couple of normal onions. So if you do go there, check though the sandwich before driving off to make sure nothing is missing

It was busy so annoyed I got luke warm fries with a luke warm burger. The Philly cheese stack looked like Evander Holyfields ear after a date with Tyson. A £7 disappointment.

walked in around 12pm on 25/11/2023. staff were busy with online orders. no one was at the till to take order from walked in customers. an elderly customer needed help to use the self serviced machine, one staff was going to help him but was called inside for something, the customer complained to another staff who was running up & down for online orders. To management, you have very hard working and polite staff. no matter how busy it gets, you need to have at least one staff to look after the customers at your premises, take orders from walked in customers and dispense without delay caused by disruption from online orders. McDonald's is not just about online orders, it's a restaurant.The wrap was delicious as usual

The food was fine, the service was lacking a bit,only 1 urinal in men's toilet which was broken, so only 1 cubicle available, for a place as busy as this, it's not really good enough. Atmosphere was terrible. Maybe it's a London thing, it was so busy, with kids and Uber eats drivers, everyone seemed like they were in their only little world without a care for anyone else around them.

This time things go wrong. On the travel, just popped in to McD, line went smooth, however reason to choose this every some time it was a stickers. Call me small, but there was massive adverts outside on stickers, felt greedy ordered large size. Zero stickers, when questioned this been told in to to nice way there is none available. Friend who’s daughter works at McD said they always have some on the roll and advised ask for some if missing on the boxes. No luck this time. But stickers is just a game. If they has none - fair enough. No excuse for no tissues nor straw in the bag, ice in the drink when asked for no ice and stone cold fries. Not much luck today with big dissatisfaction. I will not stop at this one anymore. Maybe it’s a sign its time to make more effort with packed lunches.

Last night I ordered the food from justEat around 11 pm, they accept my order and expectation time (15-30min)was around 11 20 pm. Then around 00 40, I receive the text massage from just eat that they canceled my order. At this time could not order food anymore. So disappointed. It was my last time when ordered from this Mc Donald.

Drive through staff are always helpful. Drinks machine can break down quite a lot.Food is generally hot and cooked well although often have to wait for it to arrive.Parking can be difficult especially at busy times of the day.

Newly refurbished. Very clean but sort of heartless. Mostly self service order screens now.Our food was quick to make and hot, but as always, dips missing when we got home.
