Car came back with scatches!! Also,they told me to drop the hire car there and that i have to do nothing else,they kept the car for another week or so without letting the car hire company know that i have dropped the car,now i have to pay even if it wasn’t my fault.When i have called to ask them why they have notified the hire company they have been very rude and started to shout on the phone!! Don’t recommand at all Paige Wedd and White !! Disgrace!!

Excellent service start to finish. True to quote value. Peter was very helpful. I rang then took our car in for a quote and they kept the car and as expected it was ready for collection 5 days later. Price was also competitive. Repair to car body work was flawless.

Thank you to Tracey, Riz? And Ian. It became apparent that having certain type of cars stolen is a real problem today not just for the driver but also to the people who have to repair it. It took some time bit I have to say a big thank you for all the work done Thanks again Gary

Car needed alot of body work due to crash. From start to finish the garage kept me informed of what was happening. And completed the work in under a week. Staff were polite and was a fantastic experience. Thank you guys so much my car is like new again.

Reading all the reviews i was a bit hesitant after my insurance company assigned this garage for my car repairs.Needless to say i was very happy with my repair. Tracey and Riz were fantastic and always kept me updated on the progress.

After needing bodywork done, my insurer directed this company to deal with the repairs. I must say I’m surprised at such a low rating, as I can’t fault my experience with them. I was always kept informed of progress in a professional manner and the service was excellent. My repair took less than a working week. I would not hesitate to recommend this body repair garage to anyone … thank you Tracy and the team.

Brilliant body work done on my vehicle. Door was pulled off by a lorry and they replaced it making it look brand new. very professional staff who were eager to help.

Appalling company - directed to use this company by my insurer. They had my car for over 2 months, and there had been no update unless you chased for the answer (if you are lucky enough to get it through as I have managed only 3 times over 10 weeks). I have been advised the part is not ordered and there has been continuous delay.Finally, got the car but it is not cleaned as promised that is not the worst thing but the real shocking incident is my car boot hood is completely ripped (unsure how they had managed to rip it), and this has been reported for the investigation, and (YES.. your guess is right) there is no update last 2 weeks (reported on 23rd Sep and there is no update - 09th Oct). I have added additional e-mail address and various phone calls but NO ANSWER AT ALL.Avoid this company at all cost, if your insurer directs to this then decline and ask alternative option. I would have given 0 star if I could.

It took Wedd & White over 1-month to repair a simple damage. I had to chase them over other day; and either the staff was on a break, or only working part-time. Every time calling a different excuse; and not consistent with the previous message.Secondly, they overcharged the at the final invoice the 'excess' fees, which I had to claim back again via the insurance broker. Finally, they are asking for a £35.00 + VAT for a PCN (which is delivered only after weeks; making void any discounting of payments)... Overall, poor service and admin process. Better look for alternatives, if you can.

I had EXCELLENT service from this garage when my car needed bodywork done. No issues with communication - telephone or email, everyone was more than helpful. My car was cleaned and washed to a high standard. I was running late dropping the car off and the manager drove me to the station to catch my flight in time - very grateful and thank you again! Definitely recommend.
