Really recommend this place, instructors are great and really helpful! Everyone is so supportive of eachother and ever since I started, I've grown more confident in myself.This place is real good for learning self defence and everyone works together and helps eachother out during the training sessions!

Great gym with really good facilities, if there is something that interests you then Jay will do his best to either arrange a seminar or find one in the area for you to attend. If you want competition they will find it for you, if you just want to train for fitness, then they can cater for that as well.

Love this club, would really recommend it to anyone! Everyone is welcoming and nice, lovely atmosphere. Caters for any ability level and you learn loads in each session while having lots of fun ❤️

My son started here over 15 months ago in the children's class twice a week, he loves going and it has taught him respect, discipline and confidence. I was that impressed with how welcome Mel and the other students make you feel I plucked up the courage and started myself 9 months ago. Best thing I ever did.Mel is fantastic with all the children and adults and makes you feel like you can achieve in martial arts. Would highly recommend you give it ago.

Fabulous martial arts club based on the Wirral. My children love judo and and grappling classes here. Fantastic instruction provided and amazing facilities and knowledge
